          Enum :

        • CHECK_EXISTING_USAGE_UNSPECIFIED
        • SKIP
        • CHECK

          • Enum Descriptions :

        • When unset, the default behavior is used, which is SKIP.
        • If set, skip checking existing usage when updating a key.
        • If set, existing usage is checked when updating the key. If the key has usage in the last 7 days, the request returns a FAILED_PRECONDITION error.
